Our staff are the key to the quality of care we provide for your child and they are carefully selected for their experience and recognised qualifications and their loving personalities towards every child and their family. We value our staff and will help and support them in future training and using personal development plans to help each one of them to develop their full potential. Each staff member will update his or her first aid, food hygiene and child protection every three years. All staff go through an enhanced police check and references are gathered.
